LATISSE® Treatment
LATISSE® is the first and only FDA-approved prescription treatment for growing more luxurious eyelashes. Women and men with inadequate or not enough eyelashes have used the treatment to achieve beautiful results. LATISSE® is a topical solution that is applied daily by the patient to the base of the upper eyelashes. The solution is applied at night for 16 weeks. The active ingredient in LATISSE® is bimatoprost, a lipid compound that is found naturally in the body. Bimatoprost is also used to treat glaucoma and ocular hypertension.
LATISSE® Benefits
Many patients can begin to notice improvement within four to eight weeks of beginning treatment, but it’s important to continue using LATISSE® for 16 weeks in order to experience its full benefits.
